At Spark by Hilton, we’re all about spreading the light and warmth of hospitality—and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Guest Service Agent to join our team. If you love helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and making every guest feel welcome, this could be the perfect fit!
Shifts We’re Hiring For:
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 40 hours a week
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2 shifts and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 2 shifts 32 -40 hours a week
*Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome guests with genuine warmth and get them checked in & settled.
Confirm reservations and assist with bookings.
Be the go-to person for guest questions, needs, or concerns—and help “Make It Right” when something’s not perfect.
Process check-outs and payments with accuracy and care.
Keep track of guest info, room status, and share updates with the team.
Support your teammates so together we deliver a seamless stay.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is a plus.
Familiarity with PEP PMS is a huge plus!
A people person who enjoys creating connections.
Organized and detail-oriented—you can juggle tasks with ease.
Strong communication skills—whether face-to-face, by phone, or in writing.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
