A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the

HR Consultant Benefits Administration

Note: Position details below.

Location : Remote

Position type : Full-Time, Contract

Duration : 4 Month

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and benefits projects through Annual Enrollments.
• Partner with HR teams, vendors, and leadership to drive deliverables.
• Provide expertise in benefits programs, compliance, and M&A transitions.
• Track progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Support HR systems and process implementation as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits and project management.
• Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of benefits programs, including M&A integration, and familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, payroll, and benefits administration, preferably with implementation experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range : $55-60 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
