Join the team and play a crucial role in supporting daily data entry operations for one of our premier automotive manufacturers in Marysville, OH. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data for new and active associates within Success Factors, ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

\n Pay Rate: $23 - $25 per hour\n

Work Environment:

\n\t
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote after completion of training\n\t
• Flexibility to come into the office as needed; occasional weekend work may be required\n\t
• This is a long-term opportunity for a Kelly contingent employee\n

\n What’s a typical day look like? \n\n

\n\t
• Audit and file data entries processed by team members promptly\n\t
• Process data entry requests within Success Factors\n\t
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure proper and accurate data entry\n\t
• Ensure all entries are error-free to prevent negative impacts to downstream business areas\n\t
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional business units to finalize data processes\n\t
• Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed\n

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have strong attention to detail and at least 2+ years of experience with critical data entry.
\n• Possess the ability to analyze complex data and prioritize tasks effectively.
\n• Are willing to learn systems and follow established processes, with experience in Success Factors strongly preferred.
\n• Previous data entry experience in an HR environment (strongly preferred)
