HR Specialist
Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for executing specific HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee documentation. This role focuses on day-to-day support for employees and maintaining accurate HR records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage and maintain employee records in HRIS
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate background checks, E-Verify, and employment eligibility
  • Support HR projects and audits as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
