This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in a professional setting.
What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department and team members
• Assist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and maintaining employee files
• Support recruiting activities such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Help with payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate HR records and track employee attendance
• Assist with HR projects, compliance reporting, and other general office support
• Be the first point of contact for employee questions and direct inquiries appropriately

Qualifications:

• Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is helpful
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Eager to learn and grow in the HR field

Pay & Benefits:

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
