Job Title: In-Home Specialist

Location: Apple Valley, Belle Plaine, Chaska, Eagan, Jordan, Prior Lake, Shakopee, and Waconia.

About Us: One Day At a Time Inc. is a small business in Home Health Care in Shakopee, MN. We provide in-home supports to adults with disabilities throughout Minnesota, promoting independent living through a person-centered approach.

Job Description: We are seeking In-Home Specialists to support clients in independent living. Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and maintaining appointments
• Assisting with employment
• Managing household tasks
• Budgeting finances
• Engaging in community activities
• Promoting healthy relationships

Current Hiring Needs:

• Apple Valley: Two days a week; 8a-11a Tuesday and Thursday; female staff only.
• Belle Plaine: 16 hours per week, would like two 8 hours days Monday and Thursday's starting between 8a-9a. Female staff only.
• Chaska: up to 8 hours per week; start Saturday's 11a-4pm. Female staff only.
• Eagan: 15 hours per week; schedule to be determined.
• Jordan: 16 hours per week, daytime preferred, female staff only.
• Prior Lake: We are looking for one or two staff that has experience working with individuals with autism and developmental delay. The family would prefer weekdays M-F best hours would be between 10-3 but again, the starting days/hours would be less in order to let them slowly build rapport with the individuals. There is also some flexibility for the right fit.
• Shakopee: 7 hours available; prefers evening/weekend time, female only preferred.
• Waconia: 4 hours per week; days or evenings; female staff only.
