Title – Instructional Designer

Duration – 12 + months (Possibility of extension or coversion)

Location – Reston, VA (Remote)

Salary Range – $45 to $50/hr

Looking for candidates who would be willing to go onsite once in a month to Reston, VA

Job Description:

Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences? We’re seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for one of our client to develop engaging eLearning, instructor-led courses, and multimedia content that drives organizational growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop high-quality learning products including courses, videos, and job aids
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze needs and define project scope
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design best practices
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Create visually appealing content aligned with brand standards

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in instructional design or training roles
• Expertise with tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bonus:

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field
• E-Learning Instructional Design Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
