Interior Design Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Estero, FL
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hr

 

About the Opportunity

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an  Interior Design Assistant to support a well-established organization in Estero, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, vendor coordination, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will play a key part in maintaining product resources, vendor relationships, and assisting internal teams with various project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize company resource library, samples, catalogs, and vendor materials
• Update and track vendor information, pricing, and product details within internal systems
• Support design and project teams by sourcing materials, samples, and product information
• Build and maintain relationships with vendor representatives to ensure best pricing and product access
• Assist with coordinating product selections, presentations, and resource needs for internal teams
• Monitor inventory of samples and resources; remove or replace outdated items as needed
• Provide administrative support related to product ordering, vendor inquiries, and scheduling

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, resource coordination, design support, or vendor management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel; database or CRM experience a plus
• Experience within interior design, textiles, or creative industry is a plus
