Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced iOS Swift Developer to join our client's mobile engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in native iOS application development , deep expertise in Swift and SwiftUI , and proven experience building scalable, performant, and user-centric mobile solutions.

The iOS Swift Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications while ensuring best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and testing methodologies. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI .
• Build intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces in SwiftUI and UIKit .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across multiple device types.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data communication.
• Implement and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and robustness.
• Follow Agile/SAFe development practices for continuous integration and delivery.
• Apply MVC and MVVM design patterns for clean, modular, and scalable codebases.
• Leverage CircleCI for CI/CD automation and build pipeline optimization.
• Utilize accessibility standards to ensure applications are inclusive and ADA-compliant.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on iOS development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Swift programming language.
• Deep expertise with SwiftUI , UIKit , and Foundation frameworks .
• Strong experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , JSON , and networking in iOS apps.
• Experience implementing MVC and MVVM architectural patterns.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of CircleCI , Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Awareness of iOS accessibility features and Apple's design principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Combine and async/await concurrency in Swift.
• Familiarity with App Store deployment and provisioning workflows.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and data encryption .
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Firebase, or Azure) for backend integration.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within distributed teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for building clean, maintainable code.
