Director of Information Technology
Premier Talent Advisors is currently seeking a Director of Information Technology for a full-time position with a nonprofit in Montgomery County, Maryland. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Executive Director and leadership with all aspects of IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward-thinking professional with experience managing IT systems in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include overseeing networks, servers, cybersecurity, instructional technology, vendor relations, and supervising IT staff. The role is on-site and requires strong technical expertise, discretion, and the ability to align technology with the organizations mission and goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in nonprofit or education
Experience managing $30M+ environments and supervising teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Hands-on, on-site leadership style

In office Monday through Friday
Salary:
$115,000$130,000 annually
Includes health, dental, vision, 403(b), PTO, and bonus eligibility
