Job detailsTeach the school’s English curriculum to Kindergarten school students either aging 0 to 2.5 or 2.5 to 6 using the Montessori approachPrepare lessons, lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCo-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculumAsses and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveHold or participate in parents’ meetingsWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, each campus may differRequirementsBachelor Degree or aboveTeach at least one extra-curricular class per school term, extra-curricular courses that take place outside of regular work hours once a week, one hour.Excellent English communication skillsExcellent organizational and administrative skillsMore than 2 years experience in ESL early childhood educationNeed a letter of 2 experience (volunteer, part-time acceptable if an applicant is a recent graduate)Hold a TEFL/TESOL/ELL CertificationNon-criminal record within 6 monthsMontessori Certification (preferred) Skills Salary and benefitsMonthly salary is from 22,000 to 28000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsCommercial Insurance4 weeks paid holidays Chinese public holidaysChildren tuition discountFree lunchVisa and Immigration full supportAnnual reimbursement for one round-trip economy class airfare to your home country up to 5,000 RMB after 2 years of employmentFor extra-curricular classes, the employee shall earn additional compensation on a per-class basis dictated by the ECA pay scaleProfessional development sessions and the option of taking part in our EMTTA Montessori certification program
