Lead Generation Specialist (In-Store + Phone)
We’re looking for an energetic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. You’ll be working both inside Floor & Decor stores (approaching shoppers and starting conversations) and over the phone to generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Approach and engage customers in Floor & Decor locations to generate leads.
• Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective clients.
• Build rapport with customers and set appointments for sales reps.
• Track activity and report results.
Requirements:
• Experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Outgoing personality and confidence talking to shoppers in-store.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
