Litigation Attorney

Litigation Associate Attorney - Los Angeles, CA

A well-established Los Angeles civil litigation firm with over 25 years of experience is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic and trial-focused team. The firm is nationally recognized for defending complex, high-stakes cases involving product liability, catastrophic injury, and commercial litigation for Fortune 500 companies and major insurers. Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active member in good standing with the California Bar

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in product liability, catastrophic injury, or general liability defense

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• Prior deposition and courtroom experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trial testimony

• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy

• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations

• Support trial teams in all stages of trial preparation and courtroom presentation
