Shift: 3rd shift with flexible hours, including overtime and weekends

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

Schedule and manage inbound delivery appointments with transportation carriers.
Coordinate with contractors and security to ensure smooth, secure deliveries.
Track incoming shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
Communicate with internal teams to align delivery schedules with operational needs.
Walk the job site throughout your shift, including outdoor areas in all weather conditions.
Maintain precise records and resolve any delivery discrepancies.

✅ What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s in logistics or supply chain preferred).
2+ years of experience in logistics, receiving, or supply chain operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
