Lot Attendant / Detailer – Used Car Dealership (Full-Time, Monday–Friday)

Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, weekends off

Position Overview:
The Lot Attendant / Detailer is responsible for keeping our dealership lot and vehicles in top condition—both visually and mechanically ready for sale. You’ll play a key role in detailing, organizing, photographing, and transporting vehicles as part of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles inside and out to dealership standards.
• Take clear, high-quality photos of vehicles for online listings.
• Organize and maintain the vehicle lot for a clean, professional presentation.
• Safely drive vehicles to and from vendors for service, inspection, or reconditioning work.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and readiness for display or delivery.
• Maintain detail and lot supplies, reporting any inventory or equipment needs.
• Assist with general lot and facility upkeep as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license in good standing (required).
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Able to safely operate a variety of vehicles (manual and automatic preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
