As a Luxury Travel Specialist, you will work in a remote environment to match clients with meaningful adventures and seamless travel plans. From quick getaways to once-in-a-lifetime journeys, you’ll be a trusted expert who helps turn travel dreams into reality through personalized service and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel interests, needs, and preferences

  • Present customized vacation options aligned with each client's vision

  • Assist clients throughout the booking process with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, and suppliers to finalize travel arrangements

  • Stay up to date on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry offerings

  • Deliver high levels of service and professionalism to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for travel and helping others plan exceptional experiences

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
