This Position reports to:
Director Of Customer Service Sales
In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement support strategy for the designated area in line with the global support strategy. Each day, you will ensure seamless technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by creating, implementing, and reviewing support strategy for the designated area based on the overall service business strategy.
The work location for this role: The ABB Robotics US Headquarters is in Auburn Hills, MI. This position can be fully remote in the US with up to 50% travel.
The main stakeholders are USA Robotics Business Divisions (Auto/Tier 1/Industries/Service)
You will be mainly accountable for: - Overseeing execution of proposals and projects in various regions requiring contractor licensing and ensuring they align with ABB standards and targets.
- Ensuring customer focus and understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility.
- Assisting teams of technical support engineers and/or customer support staff.
- Driving continuous improvement culture and implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence in your own area of responsibility.
Qualifications for the role: - You hold current general contractor licenses valid in key manufacturing regions of USA
- 5+ years of Master Electrician/Compliance Qualifier experience in manufacturing or capital equipment
- Possess electrical/mechanical and general contractor licensing
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- You are immersed in: sales proposal and project execution teams and the greater robotics organization in the USA market
- You are at ease communicating in production and office environments with manufacturing and execution teams

Time off ABB provides 11 paid holidays. Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy.
While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $98,700 and $157,920 annually and is bonus eligible.
