Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive professional with strong medical billing skills, excellent communication abilities and an outgoing, friendly personality. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations including patient scheduling, intake, and customer service
• Oversee and perform medical billing, insurance claims, coding, and reimbursement processes
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards
• Support clinic leadership with administrative tasks and workflow optimization
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and providers
• Manage office supplies, and general facility needs
• Assist with outreach, marketing, social media, and community engagement
• (Bonus) Write and coordinate grant applications to support clinic initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a medical office or clinic setting, ideally within physical therapy or related fields
• Proficiency in medical billing and coding, insurance processes, and electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with a diverse patient population
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic clinical setting
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with administrative software and tools
• Outgoing, warm personality that contributes positively to a wellness-focused environment
