FULL TIME - FULLY BENEFITED - NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medical equipment such as CPAP, AUTO CPAP, BIPAP to patients, according to the Physician's prescription(s)
• Teach the Patient proper use of sleep therapy equipment and comfort techniques
• Carefully adhere to the Physicians orders, Medicare standards, and HIPAA regulations
• Communicate with the Doctor's office and medical staff
• Inspect, clean, test, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently
• Set equipment controls to regulate the flow of positive airway pressure
• Help patients find the right-fitting mask for their therapy
• Answer clinical questions regarding patients equipment
• Resolve technical problems with patients equipment

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Exposure to healthcare is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
