Join a dynamic and fast-paced production environment where you will engage in Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel. As part of the team, you will use weld fixtures and symbols to complete units efficiently, averaging 2,000-2,500 welds per day. Your work will be critical in maintaining consistent and high-quality cosmetic welding.
Perform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using weld fixtures and symbols. Load metal onto fixtures, weld sections of units, and pass units to the next welder. Ensure cosmetic welding is consistent and meets quality standards. Maintain productivity in a team-based weld cell environment.
Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret weld symbols. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Strong memorization skills.
Experience in production-based welding environments. Ability to work in a hot, physical environment.

This is a permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.
