Full-Time Automotive Detailer

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Automotive Detailer to join our professional team. This demanding role requires a commitment to excellence and consistency, as you will be responsible for providing top-tier cleaning, detailing, and restoration services across a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering flawless results and is ready to work a consistent schedule, ensuring our high standards of appearance and cleanliness are always met.

Key Responsibilities

• Premium Detailing Execution: Perform complete interior and exterior detailing services, including professional washing, waxing, paint decontamination, polishing, and minor paint correction.
• Interior Restoration: Execute deep cleaning and restoration of vehicle interiors, including advanced vacuuming, steam cleaning, stain removal from carpets/upholstery, and leather treatment.
• Quality Control & Consistency: Maintain a high standard of quality on every vehicle, ensuring consistent, defect-free finishes and adherence to all operational protocols.
• Facility Operations: Safely and efficiently maneuver customer vehicles on the premises. Support the maintenance of detailing equipment and manage chemical inventory.
• Customer Service: Act as a professional representative of the company, promptly addressing customer questions about services and ensuring a positive experience.
• Workspace Management: Diligently maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized detailing bay and workspace throughout the day.
• Support & Maintenance: Assist with facility-wide cleaning and custodial duties as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Schedule Commitment: Availability for full-time hours , including potential weekend shifts, as required by business volume.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel to various job sites within the local service area.
• Work Environment: Ability to comfortably and effectively work outdoors in all weather conditions (sun, heat, cold, rain).
• Experience: Automotive detailing experience is strongly preferred , but dedicated candidates with transferable skills and a proven work ethic will be considered.
• Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation to and from the primary facility and job sites.
• Key Attributes: Exceptional Attention to Detail , strong commitment to quality and consistency, and reliable time management skills.
• Physical: Capable of performing physical tasks including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working with detailing equipment.
