The Opportunity Monstro is seeking a Motion Designer (Contract) to help us create polished, animated videos that showcase our product in action. You'll take Figma designs and turn them into smooth, engaging videos with motion graphics, transitions, and voiceover narration. These videos will bring Monstro's product to life and clearly communicate how it works and why it matters. This is a great fit for someone with strong motion design skills, experience working with product teams, and a sharp eye for clean, modern storytelling. Responsibilities Translate Figma designs into animated product visuals that clearly show functionality and flow Craft motion graphics, transitions, and subtle animations that align with our modern brand aesthetic Design short-form, high-impact animations for use across web, social, and client presentations Collaborate with the design, product, and marketing teams to define motion direction and visual storytelling Incorporate voiceover, sound, or music (as needed) to create cohesive and engaging experiences Ensure output is optimized, on-brand, and adaptable for multiple formats and platforms Qualifications 5+ years of video editing and motion design experience, preferably in SaaS or product-centric environments Strong skills in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar editing/animation software Ability to take static mockups and transform them into smooth, modern animations Solid understanding of pacing, transitions, and visual hierarchy Comfort working independently and delivering high-quality drafts quickly Required: Experience handling voiceover (sourcing, editing, or recording simple scripts) Why Monstro?
