What You’ll Do:
Organize & Pack: Help clients sort, organize, and pack their personal belongings for relocation, downsizing, or estate sales.
Support Transitions: Assist in unpacking and setting up clients’ new living spaces for a comfortable Day One experience.
Stage for Sales: Prepare personal items for estate auctions, both online and in person.
Be a Compassionate Companion: Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
Collaborate: Work closely with clients, their families, and team members, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Who We’re Looking For:
Empathetic & Respectful: You understand the emotional aspects of relocation and treat clients and their families with compassion.
Physically Capable: Able to lift and move items weighing 40-60 pounds.
Reliable & Organized: Strong organizational skills and a reliable means of transportation.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, and project management.
Flexible & Adaptable: Able to thrive in varied environments, including cluttered or unclean spaces (we provide gloves and aprons).
