Respond to alerts and troubleshoot network problems promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. Document all network-related activities and maintain accurate records. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Required Skills/Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Access Design. CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification required. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies. Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Must be willing to work on-site in Houston, TX Day shift availability.
