Job Details - Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored therapy interventions that assist them in achieving their functional milestones.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor function, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills.
- Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, comprehensive care.
- Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families in therapy techniques that encourage ongoing recovery and support at home.
- Track and Assess Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to success.
Qualifications - Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Opportunities for ongoing education and post-graduate credentials are available and encouraged
Certifications - Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
