Job Highlights

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine 
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities 
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils 
• Maintain the silver polishing program 
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

Candidate Profile

• Active Illinois Food Handlers Certificate is required
• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and have strong command of the English language
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
• Relevant soft skills include attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service
