Free food & snacks to keep you fueled throughout the day Cage-free grooming - fewer distractions for you and the pets Responsibilities: Provide top tier grooming services in a luxurious, Mercedes-Benz van fully equipped with air conditioning, heat, electricity and water. Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their pet's grooming needs and preferences Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with pets and their owners Prioritize the safety and well-being of pets throughout each grooming session. Maintain a clean and organized mobile grooming unit Adhere to schedules and be punctual for appointments No Scheduling: We handle all the scheduling, so you can focus on grooming and offering personalized recommendations for each pet's needs Qualifications: 1+ year of paid professional pet grooming experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent knowledge of different grooming techniques and breed-specific requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and groom pets weighing up to 75 lbs. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay: Averaging $27 - $37+ per hour (commission + tips) $1,200 - $1,400 weekly pay range for full-time employees Biweekly paycheck: Reliable and consistent income Keep 100% of your tips - you earned it!
