Job Description
Lead a site in all operational aspects including – operations, personnel and financial performance, safety, compliance.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Oversee operations for plant facility.
Ø Establish KPIs and goals for site in accordance with site capacity and company goals.
Ø Identify and lead process improvement for the site and ensure all resources are optimized.
Ø Analyze short-term and long-term project plans for site to ensure continuous improvement approach via training, mentorship, and more.
Ø Maintain existing knowledge of budget operations to ensure facility financial success.
Ø Audit for safety, health, and environmental compliance.
Ø Interact closely with employees across plant to have knowledge of employee performance and development within plant.
Ø Interact closely with top vendors, community leaders, and other external stakeholders.
Ø Represent plant during interactions with corporate office, auditors, agencies, and more.
Ø Ensure compliance with company policy/values and local, state, and federal laws.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
v Bachelors of Science in Engineering Fields, Highly Preferred
v 15+ years of experience in Chemicals, Oil & Gas or Oil Refinery industries.
v 5+ years of Management/Supervisory experience
