Eclipse Creative is looking for an Estimator in their Print Division . This full-time position is responsible for accurately quoting jobs for the Print Division of Eclipse Creative. The Estimator will collaborate with Project Managers and outside vendors to build quotes for a variety of projects that run through the print division. The ideal candidate will have experience in costing, purchasing, and inventory management and a deep understanding of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps projects running smoothly.

Essential Responsibilities/Outputs:

• Building Quotes in ShopVox: Accurately quote material, labor, shipping, and any other costs for print division projects.
• Resource Management: Identify resources, including materials, and vendors needed to fulfill project expectations.
• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Project Management, Sales, Procurement, and Production teams to quote jobs as well as document items needed to be procured.
• Timeline: Quotes should be turned around in 24-48 hours.

• Do you have the ability to build an organizational system that ensures that you notice(and follow up on) the absence of something (e.g., install method, fabrication needs, etc.)?

• Have you been told your attention to detail and organizational skills are superior?
• Do you have 2+ years of print industry estimating experience?
• Are you highly self-motivated and able to work independently, with little structure or oversight?
• Do you have exceptional and prompt communication (verbal, written) skills to support all aspects of the role?

Credentials, Education, and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
