Afternoon Shift Supervisor – Production Tech II
Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Full-Time, Afternoon Shift 3:00pm to 12:00am
Payrate: $22/hour start then $26/hour after probabtion
We’re looking for a motivated Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead a small team in our Direct to Film (DTF) production department . This role is hands-on, combining production duties with leadership responsibilities. You’ll ensure orders are completed accurately, on time, and to quality standards while supporting your team in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and support night shift production staff.
Operate, troubleshoot, and monitor DTF equipment .
Review and prioritize daily orders for timely completion.
Update digital templates in Adobe Illustrator (names, dates, colors).
Ensure finished products meet quality and accuracy standards.
Maintain safety compliance and enforce company procedures.
Close and secure the facility at the end of shift.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of production experience (print technology preferred).
Previous supervisory or lead experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills; Adobe Illustrator experience an asset.
Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure.
High school diploma or GED required.
