Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project/Systems Integrator to lead project and system integration efforts focused on dataset collection and exploitation in support of operational needs. This role involves working with internal and external partners to design, develop, and enhance data acquisition strategies and exploitation platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud environments, social media/messaging platform exploitation, and system architecture for secure data operations. Responsibilities:
* Assess and consult with partners to develop data acquisition and exploitation strategies.
* Identify and develop system requirements considering desired results, hardware limitations, and operating constraints.
* Conduct operational testing, provide recommendations for equipment/software improvements, and enhance collection/exploitation capabilities.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to expedite data sharing, processing, and governance activities.
* Analyze and evaluate new technologies, hardware, and software for applicability to operational requirements, including security, storage, and network technology.
* Manage solutions for virtual operations, from requirements gathering through implementation and outcome delivery.
* Evaluate public domain and foreign social media/mobile app data for operational insights.
* Integrate datasets with existing platforms for correlation and analytical insights.
* Lead strategic planning for data collection platforms and conduct technical exchange meetings with stakeholders.
* Assist in conditioning, coordinating, collecting, and transferring datasets for integration and analysis.
* Provide field technical and operational support for data analysis, including occasional travel. Required Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience with collection and exploitation of data on domestic and foreign social media platforms and mobile apps.
2. Experience architecting, designing, or implementing mission internet systems.
3. Proficiency in configuring AWS and/or Azure networking, security, logging, routing tables, backup/recovery, shared storage, and baseline images.
4. Experience implementing cloud-hosted Android emulation solutions.
5. Experience configuring VPN tunnels (on-premise to cloud, cloud to cloud) and multi-cloud obfuscation techniques.
6. Experience conducting and documenting infrastructure fingerprinting, and briefing technical review boards.
7. Experience producing technical design documentation (architecture/network diagrams).
8. Experience analyzing technologies, hardware, and software for applicability, security, storage, and network needs. Desired Qualifications:
* Experience troubleshooting data transfer issues with enterprise partners.
* Experience leading technical teams and briefing mixed-technical audiences.
* Familiarity with full A&A lifecycle, security control responses, and maintaining ATO status.
* Experience gathering system requirements while accounting for results, hardware limits, and operating constraints.
* Experience managing infrastructure and exploitation platform projects.
