We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our supportive, patient-centered Psychiatry Team . This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance .

What You'll Do

As an integral part of our behavioral health team, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team
• Make treatment recommendations for psychotherapeutic interventions and medications
• Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals

What We're Looking For

• Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
• A commitment to delivering care with compassion, ethics, and integrity
