Schedule: Ongoing, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Type of cases and required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, Three-dimensional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy.
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): ARIA
Licensure required: Active State License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
