Position: Remote Call Center Representative

Role : Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $16/hr. Paid Weekly + Benefits

Schedule: 8hr Shift between 8am-10pm EST. Mon-Fri

Projected Start Date: November 2025

Qualifying States: Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Utah, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, Virginia, Ohio, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Nevada

Job Details:

• Handle high volume inbound calls.
• Outbound calls if depending on department needs.
• Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support
• Verify insurance and patient information
• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits
• Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
• Equipment Provided

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and wired modem connection (REQUIRED) *Mobile hot spots are NOT accepted*
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Great written and verbal skills.
• No time off allowed the first 90 days. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Ability to multi-task and use of dual monitors.
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others
• HS Diploma/Equivalent
