Key Responsibilities: Running reports in Salesforce, finding discrepancies between the legacy and current systems. Understand what the discrepancies are and WHY they happened. Fabric Service Offerings: Query and update existing Fabric Service records by accessing Service Orders, matching them to Contract Line Items, populating required fields, and validating that records are loaded correctly. Cross-Departmental Record Validation: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure x-connect records align with Accounting records. This will include running reports, researching our legacy system (Wendia), and working closely with the Telco team to confirm accuracy of customer owned cross connect records. Must Haves: 4-5 yrs experience with Salesforce Experience doing this kind of data validation project prior Good communication skills are rarely required to work across teams and understand needs/ verify accuracy of records. Some development skills are needed to add validation rules. A foundational understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are preferred.
