Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a detailed evaluation of the 2nd-grade student's speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement an individualized treatment plan tailored to the student's specific communication disorders.
• Provide one-on-one speech therapy services, ensuring focused and personalized care.
• Maintain thorough records of the student's progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the student's overall development.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights on the student's speech and language needs.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Wisconsin license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with elementary school students is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and consistently meet deadlines.
• Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
