Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing essential support to students and families, this role focuses on delivering social work services within a K-12 school environment. Located near Salt Lake City, UT, this full school year contract position is onsite at one school site and offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with students, parents, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and assessments related to depression, anxiety, and social-emotional well-being
• Provide individual and group interventions tailored to student needs, including those with Autism and pragmatic language challenges
• Collaborate with parents who opt into surveys and follow up based on screening results
• Support approximately 7-9 students on caseload, adjusting as needed based on parent participation
• Work onsite 16 hours per week within the school setting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential required
• Previous experience working as a social worker in K-12 schools preferred
• Ability to engage effectively with students on the autism spectrum and other social-emotional challenges
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and school personnel
• Comfortable managing a flexible caseload based on parent and student participation

Location: Provo, UT area (Bluffdale, near Salt Lake City)

Job Details:

• Contract position for the full school year (CSY)
• Onsite presence required at one school site
• Start date ASAP, with an end date of June 5th, 2026
