As a Senior HT Talent Consultant , you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and a key contributor within our HT Talent team. You’ll use your expertise to lead meaningful HR projects, bring clarity to complex challenges, and deliver people-first solutions that help our clients thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Lead HR Initiatives: Serve as a senior advisor on key projects, including handbook updates, job classification, recruitment strategies, HR system implementations, and benefits transitions. Provide thought leadership through client updates, presentations, and newsletters.
- Be the Connector: Align stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless HR operations. Use strong communication and relationship management skills to drive outcomes and resolve challenges proactively.
- Deliver HR Support: Provide hands-on assistance in recruiting, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory adherence.
- Drive Business Impact: Manage client services with efficiency, balancing budgets, timelines, and expectations while maintaining a solutions-focused approach.
- Foster Growth & Relationships: Build lasting client partnerships through exceptional service and strategic insights. Engage in professional networks to enhance firm visibility and expertise.
- Support Internal Initiatives: Contribute to HT Talent and firm-wide projects, helping to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- 5–10 years of progressive HR or Organizational Development experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on HR, payroll, and benefits administration experience
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance (DOL, EEOC, FLSA, ADA, ERISA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); PowerPoint experience a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure and the ability to meet tight deadlines
