Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid – Onsite 4 days/week)

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Jersey City. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and system integrations , with a passion for building scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions in an enterprise environment.

This is a hybrid position (4 days onsite) and requires a professional who can collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and best practices.
• Lead architecture discussions and propose optimal approaches for scalable and maintainable implementations.
• Perform advanced configuration of Salesforce functionalities — workflows, flows, validation rules, formulas, and automation.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components , and custom integrations.
• Build and manage API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and handle batch/real-time data exchanges.
• Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices for deployment and version control using Git and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality through reviews and best practice adherence.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential technical risks or performance bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with proven expertise in Apex , Visualforce , LWC/Aura , and core platform configuration .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling , security model , and object relationships .
• Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations and data synchronization between Salesforce and external systems.
• Proficiency with source control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines .
• Background in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications such as:
• Platform Developer I or II
• Salesforce Administrator
• App Builder
• Experience in Wealth Management, Global Asset Management, or Brokerage domains.
• Familiarity with Tableau CRM / TCRM (Einstein Analytics) .
