Senior Scrum Master (Enterprise Agile, Data Engineering):
Optomi, in partnership with a leading global brand in the media & technology space, is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a long-term data transformation initiative. This individual will lead 2–3 Agile teams supporting the buildout of a next-generation platform for enterprise-scale analytics and customer data workflows, using technologies like Snowflake, DBT, Flink, AWS, and Salesforce Cloud. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role supporting modern data and cloud engineering teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading Agile ceremonies and managing sprint execution across multiple teams
- Coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and delivery focus
- Supporting engineering teams in building real-time data and analytics solutions
- Proactively removing blockers, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving team alignment
- Facilitating continuous delivery and stakeholder communication across distributed teams
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 5–8+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise environments
- Experience supporting data teams, cloud platform projects, or customer analytics workflows
- Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Apache Flink, AWS Lambda/Kinesis/DynamoDB, or similar
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, sprint metrics, and stakeholder engagement
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
- Preferred certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master
