The Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in compiled languages (e.g., .NET, Java) and frontend frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue). You will collaborate within an agile team, contribute to architectural decisions, and promote best practices in software development. Location This position is based in our Boston, MA office. We support a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Note: Visa sponsorship or transfers are not available. Responsibilities Develop and improve scalable, maintainable cloud solutions using .NET Core, ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into high-quality solutions. Ensure technical excellence through code reviews, optimization, and adherence to best practices. Monitor and maintain critical platforms, ensuring high availability and seamless user experiences. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency. Explore emerging technologies and design patterns to keep solutions innovative. Participate actively in technical discussions with a problem-solving mindset. Foster a collaborative environment of shared learning and innovation. Maintain high standards in development practices, design patterns, and quality. Manage multiple priorities effectively while delivering quality outcomes. Perform other related duties as needed. Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems. Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Next.js. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
