As a key member of our engineering team, you will work across the stack to drive innovation in data collection, automated underwriting, and policy administration systems. This is an opportunity to own significant product areas, collaborate across disciplines, and help shape both our technology and our culture as we grow.What You’ll DoArchitect, build, and maintain core systems spanning data collection, automated underwriting, and policy administration.Own large product verticals, taking features from conception through launch and iteration.Collaborate closely with product management, design, and insurance domain experts (underwriters, actuaries, and more) to deliver high-impact solutions.Ship high-quality code daily, balancing speed with maintainability and scalability.Mentor and support the growth of other engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.Contribute to company culture, processes, and technical direction as we expand into new industry verticals.About UsOur mission is to deliver the first comprehensive platform that seamlessly integrates top-tier insurance offerings with world-class software, enabling commercial businesses to better manage risk and prevent losses.
