Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate/ Parts Delivery Driver

Job Duties:

• Serve as the first point of contact answering and resolving customer questions and concerns in person and over the phone
• Fulfill customer orders ensuring accurate and timely shipment of parts and supplies through UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, or other vendors
• Receive and allocate parts and supplies to fulfill customer orders or replenish stock
• Pull parts for pick tickets and invoice orders
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Work with Accounts Payable to resolve any receipt/ invoice questions
• Accurately complete cycle counting and inventory adjustments
• Deliver parts to customers as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Competencies:

• Experience with heavy equipment and/or refrigeration unit parts beneficial but not required 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Team Player
• Basic computer skills to include outlook and Microsoft office suite
• Flexibility to meet changing demands

Qualifications:

• Safety focused
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Forklift operation experience beneficial but not required 
• 2+ years' experience as a Shipping & Receiving associate or similar position beneficial
