LOAD COORDINATOR-2ND SHIFT

(SHIPPING DEPARTMENT)

JBS- SOUDERTON, PENNSYLVANIA

RESPONSABILITIES

• Responsible for key shipping and receiving activities.
• Ensure that proper documentation is completed. / Print and assemble all documents

• Work with Supervisor and warehouse management to ensure the material is being picked and loaded on and out-by-time basis.
• Track and update order changes in order management and Redpraire. (i.e. canceled load, cases added, load moved to another day or plant)
• Generate order pick sheets from order management/Redprairie
• Keeping an accurate inventory of drop trailers and notifying the Transportation Planner when in need of trailers.
• Keep track of all shortages manually and electronically. Record the order number, customer, product code, product description, how many of that code were ordered, how many shipped, the amount shorted, and an explanation for the shortage.
• Assign work to Pickers via RF scanners. Ensure that product for loaders is thoroughly picked prior to loading.
• Communicate with all shipping staff, load planners, carriers, and production on a day to day basis.
• Other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word. Etc.)
• Strong communication skills verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentage calculations.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to work in cold environment/warehouse setting.
• Able to work fulltime M-S, as needed.
