We are seeking a skilled  Site Project Manager to oversee the mechanical and electrical installation of conveyor systems at various project sites. This role is critical in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. A key responsibility is to manage customer interactions and project coordination, allowing the site supervisor to remain focused on field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for conveyor installations.
• Customer Interface: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, providing updates and managing expectations while shielding the site supervisor from non-field-related meetings.
• Team Leadership: Support the site supervisor and installation team by ensuring they have the resources and direction needed to succeed.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards to ensure installations meet all specifications and client expectations.
• Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations.
• Resource Management: Coordinate procurement and logistics for conveyor components and equipment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years managing conveyor or similar industrial installation projects.
• Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of conveyor systems and installation processes.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and mentor staff.
• Safety Focus: Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
