Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for highly skilled technical roles (electricians, controls technicians, industrial mechanics, etc.).
Hunt, source, and engage top-tier talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet our rigorous standards for skill and site-readiness.
Manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates, ensuring a fast and positive experience.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to understand urgent client needs and deployment timelines.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly placement targets.
Qualifications
Required: 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment (staffing agency experience is a major plus).
Required: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement quotas.
Highly Preferred: Specific experience recruiting for skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, or technical roles.
You are a sourcing expert who knows how to find passive candidates that others can't.
You thrive under pressure and can manage multiple urgent requisitions simultaneously.
You have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with technical candidates.
Compensation Details
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $102,000 / year
Base Salary: $52,000 / year
Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission tied to successful placements.
