Summary

We are seeking a full-stack software engineer with expertise in the Dash Enterprise platform to develop and maintain AI-driven enterprise applications. This role involves full ownership of a data science and visualization platform, contributing to both backend services and frontend interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and support strategic data initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services to support enterprise-level applications.
• Take ownership of the Dash Enterprise platform, ensuring its effective use to support critical use-cases and deliver business value.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and customize solutions to meet business needs.
• Support the design and development of web applications built on Dash Enterprise.
• Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligned with current and future business requirements.
• Apply best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding standards, code reviews, source control, testing, and operations.
• Continuously explore new features and capabilities of Dash Enterprise to enhance platform functionality and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a focus on API development and frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Azure or a similar cloud ecosystem.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing web applications using the Dash Python library.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and Azure Entra ID.
