Recruiter Position

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Recruiter to work with us in our branch in Kennesaw, GA. Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 an hour, Based on Experience

Schedule and Hours

Be prepared for exciting, fast-paced days! Our office is open Monday-Friday (8 AM5 PM), with the potential for overtime. Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to ensure the perfect placement.
• Support employees with precision and efficiency.
• Provide counseling and foster strong relationships with employees and companies.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask between projects.
• Embrace challenges and constructive feedback to grow and excel

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Longevity in the clerical or administrative fields.
• Excellent computer skills, data entry, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
• Build trust and rapport with clients and candidates alike.
• Think creatively and outside the box.
• A valid drivers license, dependable transportation and dependability are essential.
• A positive attitude is the real key to success!
