Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from identifying talent to successful placement. This role requires a deep understanding of IT recruiting, and the ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in recruiting for IT positions. You will attract, assess, and hire top-tier technical professionals for internal SOLTECH roles in addition to external client roles.
