\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n\n

\n\t
• Active RN license in New Jersey (NJ Registered Nurse)
\n\t
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; triage or ambulatory care experience preferred
\n\t
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
\n\t
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
\n\t
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
\n\t
• Completion of PennChart and HIPAA training
\n\t
• Compliance with onboarding requirements, including medicals and drug screens
\n

\n\nNursing Responsibilities\n\n

\n\t
• Deliver patient education via phone and occasional in-person instruction (glucose meter use, Ozempic injections)
\n\t
• Coordinate patient care: confirm prior authorizations, call in prescription refills, and place lab orders
\n\t
• Accurately document all patient interactions and interventions in EPIC EMR
\n\t
• Participate in team interviews and in-person shadowing of triage nurses during the hiring process
\n\t
• Support patients with metabolic, thyroid, diabetes, and endocrine conditions
\n\t
• Maintain compliance with all training and onboarding requirements
